We are looking for a results-obsessed, high-closing Sales Executive with deep experience selling real estate, apartment condos, and investment properties. What You’ll Be Selling
- High-demand residential and condo developments
- Investor-focused properties with strong appreciation and rental upside
- Pre-approved, bank-supported projects with active market demand
What You’ll Do
- Aggressively prospect, qualify, and close local and international investors
- Own the deal end-to-end: lead → pitch → negotiate → close
- Conduct site visits, investor presentations, and virtual sales calls
- Build and monetize your network of investors, brokers, and referral partners
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Push deals to closure and follow through until contracts and payments are secured
Who You Are
- Proven closer with 5+ years of real estate or condo sales experience
- Strong background selling to investors, HNIs, and diaspora buyers
- Comfortable selling on numbers: ROI, yields, appreciation, exit value
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
- Excellent negotiator who thrives under targets and deadlines
- Not afraid of commission-heavy compensation—you prefer it
Must-Have Edge
- Existing investor or broker network in Guyana or overseas
- Track record of closing high-ticket or pre-construction deals
- Ability to move fast and close without hand-holding
